Consultation and design process

Consultation & Design

It all starts with a conversation. We sit down with you — in person or remotely — to understand how you live, how you travel, and what you dream your van could be. We dig into the details: your sleep setup, kitchen needs, power requirements, aesthetic vision, and budget.

From those conversations, our design team creates a custom layout — floor plans, material boards, and 3D renderings — so you can visualize your build before a single cut is made.

Van structure and insulation build

Structure & Insulation

Once the design is locked in, your van gets stripped to bare metal and prepared for conversion. We install a custom aluminum framing system — engineered for structural integrity and maximum space efficiency.

We use SoundSkins sound deadening and 3M Thinsulate for superior thermal and sound performance. Your van stays warm in the harshest of winters and cool on the hottest desert days.

Electrical and solar systems

Electrical & Power Systems

We engineer a fully custom electrical system tailored to your power needs. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a full-time nomad, we design the right system — from lithium battery banks and solar panels to inverters, shore power hookups, and 12V distribution.

Every circuit is documented and accessible. We build for reliability on the road, not just in the showroom.

Custom cabinetry and interiors

Cabinetry & Interior Fit-Out

This is where your van comes to life. Our craftsmen handcraft every cabinet, countertop, and surface from premium materials — solid wood, marine-grade plywood, sintered stone surfaces, and more.

We use aluminum framing, marine latches, Blum hardware, Richlite, Plyboo, Baltic Birch, composite materials, and custom LED lighting to create interiors that feel as good as they look.

Final delivery and handover

Delivery & Walkthrough

When your build is complete, we spend time with you going over every system, every switch, and every feature. We want you to feel completely confident and capable before you hit the road.

And we're never truly done. Like a good friend, we're here for questions, check-ins, and future upgrades. The relationship doesn't end at delivery — it's just getting started.
